- Crawl access and content-use preferences are intentionally advertised separately.

## Boundaries

- Public agent discovery is read-only and omits protected operational endpoints.
- Private application and enabled JSON API requests require a fresh signed X-Agent-ID-Token from https://auth.agentid.com for the registered Workstream client ID.
- Refresh identity before expiry, send only to the canonical RSS origin, and refuse redirects. Registered public discovery documents remain readable without identity.
- Ingestion requires both Agent ID and the existing ingest bearer. Identity does not grant ingestion permission.
- No MCP, WebMCP or commerce capability is exposed by this application.
